• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Crystals are delicate. If you are returning crystals, please put them in bubble wrap.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages or returns or exchanges that are damaged upon return.

Refund

• We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

• Shipping Cost for more than 1 Crystal kit in the US: $8:00
• Shipping Cost for 1 Crystal Kits oversees: $20 
• Shipping Cost for more than 1 Crystal Kit (needs to be calculated)
